Huawei today launched two new smartphones Huawei Nova 2 and Nova 2 Plus in its home country China. Both smartphones have a metal finish with a fingerprint scanner at the back and are priced at CNY 2,499 and CNY 2,899 respectively. According to the company\u2019s statement, the smartphones will be available in Green, Rose Gold, Black, Gold, and Blue colour options and can be purchased from June 16.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The biggest highlights of both the devices are the dual camera setup on the rear side, a 20-megapixel front camera and it runs the latest Android 7.0 Nougat OS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The major differences between these two smartphones are in their storage capacity, battery and screen size, the rest remain the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In terms of specifications, The Huawei Nova 2 features a 5-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixel) IPS in-cell display with 2.5D curved glass protection. It is powered by an octa-core Kirin 659 2.36GHz processor coupled with ARM Mali-T830 MP2 GPU and 4GB of RAM. The smartphone has a large 64GB of internal storage and a microSD card slot which can be used to extend storage up to 128GB. It has a non-removable 2950mAh battery and supports fast charging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On the other side, the Huawei Nova 2 Plus is slightly bigger and it comes with a 5.5-inch full-HD display. The device has a large storage capacity of 128GB and packs a 3340mAh battery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For connectivity purposes, both devices are equipped with Wi-Fi 802.11 b\/g\/n, 4G LTE, 3.5mm audio jack, and Bluetooth support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
