ICRES 2018
The registration fees for ICRES 2018 are now available in the table below.

Important note: When you register as an author, please remember to state your Paper ID. If you have more than one paper, you can separate the numbers by a comma.

After selecting your registration package, you will be able to pay using Credit Card or Direct Bank Transfer. Always make sure that your name is the same in the registration and in the payment forms. As long as you register before the deadline of July 26st, you are eligible to pay the amount for the early registration according to your membership status. (1) Conference Delegate/Author Fee : At least one presenting author of a paper must register for the conference no later than 21st July 2018. Otherwise, the author’s submitted paper will be withdrawn and will not be published in the conference proceedings. Please note that the registration fee entitles an author to two published papers; any additional paper with the same registered author is charged the Additional Paper Fee of £200. The conference author/delegate fee entitlements include:
  • Badge
  • Delegate Bag and Documentation
  • Conference Proceedings in soft copy
  • Attendance at the Official Opening and Closing Ceremonies
  • Entry to Technical Sessions of the Conference
  • Lunches
  • Coffee/Tea during breaks
  • Conference Banquet
(2) Conference Student Fee: Students must provide a letter from their supervisor or head of Department/Division certifying their full-time student status. The conference student fee entitlements include all items listed under (1) above.
